Our COVID-19 Response

With the current spread of COVID-19 across Canada and the world, our community’s health and well-being is our main priority. As the situation evolves, we are evaluating operations protocol with the guidance of Canada’s health authorities and government.

With this is mind, we'd like to outline how we are currently operating, bearing in mind the situation is likely to change by the day, if not the hour.

Currently our showroom is closed, and we have a skeleton crew of 2 or 3 on site to fulfill orders and perform tasks essential to keeping the ship afloat. If you turn up you will not be permitted inside. 

However our online store is still fully operational, and we encourage you to take advantage of this, even if you live nearby. Our crew is working hard to fulfill orders and get them out to you. So far, our shipping services have not been interrupted.

If you absolutely must place an order to pickup, we will be in contact via email with instructions on how to collect your order. Be prepared to wait outside, knock on the door and talk through glass. We urge you to be patient during this time, and please do not try to come inside.

Currently the best way to contact us is via email. We will be picking up the phone but bear in mind the crew are mostly occupied with shipping out orders so they might not answer as quickly as usual.
