Our COVID-19 Response

With the current spread of COVID-19 across Canada and the world, our community’s health and well-being is our main priority. As the situation evolves, we are evaluating operations protocol with the guidance of Canada’s health authorities and government.

Currently our showroom is closed, but our online store is fully operational, and we encourage you to take advantage of this, even if you live nearby. If you place an order online to pickup, there is a small cordoned-off area just inside the front door so you can come in. It's best to allow 1 customer at a time to be inside. We've got plenty of hand sanitizer, please use it! If you need anything that you can't find online we are here to help you. We can also help you in person with any returns or exchanges you may have.

Our crew is working hard to fulfill orders and get them out to you. Please note, we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and these orders may take longer to process. Rest assured we are working hard to get your orders out as soon as we can.

Currently the best way to contact us is via email. We will be picking up the phone but bear in mind the crew are mostly occupied with shipping out orders so they might not answer as quickly as usual.
